I just finished putting together a patch for that this morning. I'll wrap it up and post it shortly.

OK, here's that patch. There's also a new gift invoice template file, uc_order-gift-message.tpl.php, which replaces gift_message.itpl.php. If you wish to have the gift template available in all themes, you'll still need to copy it to uc_order/templates. This would be advisable if you've set a different administration theme (say, Garland). Otherwise, you can simply copy it to your default theme directory. As usual, you'll need to rebuild the theme registry after that. If you haven't already done so, you probably should review the notes on the new invoice template system here:
