[meta] Better maintainer tools

Awesome list heine-- this would make maintainer life so much easier. One other thing I'd like to see is a way of email interacting with a user that comes from 'drupal.org' as opposed to the individual maintainer. I really don't like using my private email via the contact form for these tasks and would be much more inclined to contact/warn/educate users privately via email if it 1) didn't involve my personal contact and 2) was logged (already on your list).

Can I do +1000? :)

6. give more people the power to delete spam
(I would be happy to be able to at least unpublish users/posts for a moderator to inspect and delete)

+1 to a much faster way to report spam, I try to report as much spam as possible however in a busy day, just checking in on some threads suddenly I have spend time reporting spam which is often a few minutes I don't really have, please give us a toggle link to report spam.

We don't need +1s. We need code and a way to integrate it into d.o.

I know this is OT but I'd be +1 to giving Jeff access to take care of the spam himself... He's a known contributor and not a troublemaker. :) Maybe file an issue, Jeff, since this isn't the place for a discussion on that...?

what type of code do we need? I thought I had seen somewhere in one of the issues that flag was going to be added to d.o at some point-- if so, then we only need to create a custom action for it (which I can do). Or is that now not going to happen?

Adding a module is simple enough, what we'd need is also a view for the maintainers to then address the flagged issues and a clarification of out workflow (ie how do we keep track of things).

Also, some sort of visual integration of any links may be required.

Can we create a more complete outline of the tools that we are targeting to build here so that we can start building the tools? I'm going to mark this needs work since I think there is a bigger conversation that needs to take place for be we start building out these tools.

Im moving this to customizations, because there will be code changes, and that queue is accumulating those issues now.
