Doesnt work..... what now?

Firstly, thanks a lot of this module. I can tell this is going to be hugely helpful to me.

However ive installed the module and nothings happened. Do I need to configure it somehow? I cant find any documentation on this. Normally that means the module is really really easy to use but im not sure if im missing something or if its not working properly on my site.
