$db_prefix has been replaced by table prefixed per connection.

Likewise, DatabaseConnection::prefixTables() needs to be replaced:

Database::getConnection()->prefixTables()

This should cut it, but be aware of #866756: file_directory_path('private') returns FALSE by default
