A couple of small 'cosmetic' issues

First of all, a huge thanks to everyone who's made this module great :)

I've got some galleries on a live site and have a couple of things I'd like to change:

#1. on the following page:
http://travellinglightcircus.com/galleries-Beat-Herder2010

there are page navigation buttons at the bottom, to go between pages in the gallery. I'd like to remove the 'next' and 'last' buttons on the first page, and the 'first' and 'previous' buttons on other pages, and just have the numbers. Ideally I'd like to have a bit of text before the numbers, so it reads: 'go to page' and then the numbers.

#2. when an image is viewed, for example:
http://travellinglightcircus.com/node/79

I would like the name of the gallery it belongs to, to be displayed above the image navigation bar. I've not got the php knowledge to be confident in tinkering with the node-image-default file!

#3. again I think this is a php question - when a single image is viewed, as in http://travellinglightcircus.com/node/79 , I would like to remove the block that is showing the random image on the left. I know this is done in the block properties of that block (for reference it is the couloir slideshow module), but don't know enough about php to know what to enter.
