As an anonymous user go to http://commons.acquia.com/dashboard. You will see different blocks like "You haven't joined any groups yet." or "You haven't created any items yet." don't really make sense for the anonymous user. This can easily be fixed by checking the 'authorised user' checkbox in the corresponding block settings.

Anonymous users shouldn't be able to view the Dashboard. Need to look into why they can still.

As stated on the site, looks like a bug with Context that we've overlooked. The blocks should be hidden as well since the page is a 403.
