Attached is a patch that presents an option to convert values like true, yes, y to 1 and false, no, n to 0. This would be a really handy feature.

gisleIt's been nearly nine years and nobody else has requested this.
IMHO, the data should be imported unchanged. It is up to person preparing the data to make sure they're in the right format. Changing data during import only bloats the project.
