I uninstalled Manager along with Admin and Views Bulk Operations and the link to /admin/content/node is missing. Is there way to recover this?

EDIT: fixed. I deleted the view that came with the manager module and it resolved.

Well, it was a default view, so it should be deleted automatically, unless you made changes to it...
