I've been working with some large PDF documents, all of which have "fast web view" (i.e. page-at-a-time, incremental display) enabled. They load properly when they are located in a public, unrestricted folder on the server (or on other Apache servers, for that matter), but the "fast web view" functionality seems to get disabled or blocked if they are located in the "private" folder moderated by this module. In such cases, the PDF files do not display incrementally, but instead must be completely downloaded before they will display. Can this be remedied through the use of a custom header attribute?

I don't know the answer to your question, but perhaps someone else might. For something this specific you'll probably need to do some of your own investigating. GIYF

In any event this isn't a bug of the module, but rather a normal documentation support request. If you or someone discovers the required header attributes to support this transfer method, please post them here.
