You may want to add as well that it works only for Drupal 6 , but not for 5.x

It can work for Drupal 5.x just by changing a code.

Open download package: drupal_mod_for_123flashchat\chat\chat.info
Find: core = 6.x
Please change it to core = 5.x

And save it, now it can support Drupal 5.x.
