When using Purr Messages module http://drupal.org/project/purr_messages with Rootcandy the floating message boxes get an ugly border around them for errors or warnings. blue and yellow.
When using Purr Messages module with other themes the effect is not present, which leads me to suspect it is a Rootcandy CSS issue.

VM CreditAttribution: VM commentedmarking as a feature request. I don't have the purr module installed to be able to firebug it.
anyone experiencing this issue may want to check with firebug and narrow down what css is causing the static.

Feel free to re-open if the problem persists.
