This module has not given me an instance of trouble but I was wondering if someone would be willing to help me change the functionality to suit my needs. I am currently using imagefield(filefield), imagecache, fupload, galleria, and lightbox together to create photo albums in which users can easily upload multiple images that are displayed in a galleria.

* Is it possible to remove the main "image view" generated by galleria and have the individual thumbnails open directly into lightbox? Currently it on only possible for me to view the slideshow by clicking on the main image.

I am new to Drupal and would appreciate any suggestions.

Thank you so much for time!

I'm no expert, but I think you'd be better off using the Image Gallery module with Lightbox2 for something like this. From my experience, Galleria doesn't seem to play that well with Lightbox.

Using image cache plus lightbox 2 you can do that directly under the "Display fields" tab for the content type.

Galleria is really all about the main image, and a number of thumbnails around it. Any other format and you're probably looking at another module. As said by @nevets, you can easily do what you describe by going changing the display settings of the content type you are working with ( admin/content/node-type/story/display is the place to change how story fields look like for instance ), and you can choose a Lightbox'd preset from the relevant dropdown there.
