Downgrading jquery_update

I upgraded from 6.x-1.1 (1.2.6) to 6.x-2.0-alpha1 (1.3.2)
Update #6200 was executed (although with warning included below)
Now I would like to go back to 6.x-1.1 (1.2.6)
Is it ok to just "drush pm-uninstall jquery_update" and reinstall version 6.x-1.1?
