Can I suggest it might be useful to allow us to specify the z-index? I was having trouble with the Administration Menu appearing under Simple Menu. Luckily, Simple Menu lets one easily adjust the z-index. Administration Menu has it fixed, meaning conflicts with other menus might be harder to resolve.
