I have disabled and uninstalled the the Admin Theme, but it does not seem to go away. I am attaching a screen shot of my module list - showing that Admin theme is no longer enabled or even in the module list. The screen shot also shows the admin menu with a link to "Admin theme" still available. When I click that link, I am able to interact with the admin theme settings and can in fact change the admin theme - even though I should no longer have an admin theme. I have cleared the cache, rebuilt the menus and the themes and it is still there. How can I completely remove it? I do have database access.
