Ok, so I'm not sure what exactly is wrong with this drupal install, but since I have installed this version of Acquia Slate I have been unable to expand and contract fields in my content types, or anywhere on the site for that matter.

A picture is worth a thousand words.

In this picture if I highlight over "input form" my mouse turns to a cursor, and should be able to be expanded, but when I click on it, it doesn't expand.

This happened when I installed all of the modules to use skinr and ctools and jQuery.

Could someone help me figure out how to fix this issue?

This is sometimes a conflict with different versions of jQuery. Can you try uninstalling any specific jQuery update modules (or jQuery UI) and see if it fixes things?
