When i check the option "Overwrite the cached file if it already exits", Boost keeps crawling the site again and again. But no files get overwrited. The number of expired pages always stays the same.
When i uncheck this option, files start to get overwrited again.
Seems to be a bug.

malc0mn CreditAttribution: malc0mn commentedI'm wondering if this setting applies to the cron, or to a situation where you edit a node and then Boost does NOT delete the static file but overwrites it. If that should the case, then this is not functioning in 1.18.
Will test 1.x-dev now.
EDIT: Not working in dev either for the situation I explained above. Just noticed the help "This is useful if crawling a site before it goes live." So I'm guessing my above assumption was wrong.
EDIT 2: I just found what my situation needed, being enabling this option Expire content in DB, do not flush file.
