Releases for Workbench

The 8.x-1.3 release corrects an error in the way revisions were tracked. Updating the view in code is not feasible, so the easiest way to update is as follows:

This is a minor maintenance release. The only new feature is the support of configuration by language, using core's Config Translation module.

This is a major upgrade and presents a stable API, pending feedback.

Major changes

The Views used by the module no longer use menu callbacks and page displays. Instead, the module's router controls four separate content pages. The content of those pages can be configured, so that Views can be swapped out when new modules are introduced (like content_translation) without having the edit the core views directly.

Minor cleanup release.

Alpha release of the base module. Big thanks to aloneblood for jump-starting the work.

Still TODO:

* Decide how to integrate with Toolbar.
* Create a new toolbar icon.
* Block handling in Access and Moderation.
* Decide how we want to handle Views.
* Figure out why the menu tabs don't work as expected.
