Everything is more consistent, with xray_SECTION_summary() and theme_xray_SECTION_summary(), the Xray reports overview page that re-uses the help section headers is a more proper renderable array, and both help and reports use the same data-gathering and same theming functions. An attribute passed in gives reports page summary paragraphs a different class than the ones output as help on the section pages. Note that before a theming function was not even used.
