conditional_fields 6.x-2.0-beta2

Mostly bugfixes:

• #920664 by mathiaz.sk: Orphaned fields aren't triggered correctly.
• #922406: Added primary key to schema.
• #932654 by mikeytown2: Fix PHP notices on undefined variables.

#853546 by xjm: Drupal.settings.ConditionalFields.controlling_fields is undefined when user has no access to field.

• Correctly reset untriggered fields to their default values.
• Avoid error in js if controlling field is present but there is no controlled field
• Strip tags from selectable triggering values.

Two new features:

• #368143 by mani.atico: Features compatibility.
• #646316 by G-son. Added Swedish translation and updated POT.

No new features will be added to Conditional Fields 2.0. We want to get this release out quickly so we can focus on Conditional Fields 3 for Drupal 7.
