Help with gallery listing

I'm trying to display in the user profile the following list:

Display the first photo of the album as the Gallery Thumbnail
"Last updated date" for the galleries?
Number of photos in each gallery.
Total number of pictures in all galleries followed by total number of galleries.
Link to galleries listing.

It doesnt have to be with views, but i dont mind if it is.

The attached file shows what i want to achieve.
