Simple addition of drupal_alter on render_button

This patch exposes the button attributed via a drupal_alter(). This makes it really easy for other modules to extend, say, the scope of the login button permissions, without having to theme-level 'hack' the button.

It'd be awesome if this could make it into beta2 :-)
