my site information footer is not displaying using this theme. the theme page.tpl.php has a spot where it should print the information from site info footer message but it is not displaying on the page. http://www.wickedradio.org is the site in question

The footer message is visible on your site but because the footer message text is white and you removed the dark background you will not see it ;-)
Place a dark background or change the CSS for the footer text color (#footer .footer-text )
