The 2.0 branch of locationmap now support the Google Maps API V3. This is the current version of the maps API at the time of writing - V2 was deprecated as of May 19, 2010. That said, if locationmap 1.x is set up and working for you, there's no need to upgrade - The V2 API will continue to work. (The main issue is for new users - V2 keys are no longer available. V3 does not require a key.)
Enable text above static image block. Add block image width and height configuration. Return default block map sizes to previous default to maintain compatibility with previous default installs. Place block map size configuration above additional text box, for cleaner interface. Add "Block" to labels for block map size for clarity, and standardize capitalization of label.
Initial release of Location Map module, the direct successor of gmaplocation module for Drupal 7. Beta 1 provides a migration path for gmaplocation map configuration, role permissions, and any URL aliases previously pointing to the gmaplocation map page. Most of the features of gmaplocation 6.x-2.0 are included in the beta1 release. Still to be added for full feature parity is the ability for admin users to tweak the map by dragging and dropping the marker on the live map.
