Service config oddities

Fixed two issues with the service-specific configuration forms:
- "Name", "Description", etc. again turned up in both the normal and the Solr-specific form when editing Solr servers. I thought I had fixed that bug already … ?
- The database selection when creating database servers now is only displayed if there are multiple options.
