Only my /user/1 user can access the webform-results/upload page. There is no permission to allow access by role.

JustMagicMaria my apology for such a long delay in getting this request addressed. we no-longer actively support work on Drupal 6 Version. However this feature has been incorporated in D7 version, as of today its available in Dev Snapshot. Shortly it will available in released version.

Were permissions ever actually incorporated into this module?

I am running version 7.x-1.3 and still cannot find a permission to allow other roles to access this feature.

Hmmm, I still don't see that permission using module filter option or CTRL-F.

Still running 7.x - 1.3.
