Documentation template for provided hooks

The Entity API implements hooks for any entity types implemented with the provided controller. To make developers aware of this hooks, it's suggested to include a MODULE.api.php file with the according documentation with your module.

The following pages provide some documentation templates one may use for that. To make use of them, just replace {ENTITY} with your entity type.
