Alternative Templates makes it possible to add and use alternative template files for individual nodes.
How to use Alternative Templates:
- Install and enable the module
- Place node template files including the node type's machine readable name (e.g. "node-basic_page-1.tpl.php") into your theme's template directory
- Choose the node types and the templates you want to use with them on the module configuration page
- Choose the template you wish to use with each node (of the selected types) from the "Alternative template" field of the node edit form
