Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) is an all-in-one CRM and marketing platform. This module is a complete Brevo connector for Drupal: transactional messaging, contact & list management, marketing automation, web push, e-commerce sync and bidirectional event webhooks — each capability optional via its own submodule, all reusing a single API key.
Features
- Transactional email (Brevo Mailer submodule) — a Drupal Mail plugin (synchronous or queued), compatible with Mail System and Symfony Mailer.
- Transactional SMS and WhatsApp, plus Send SMS / Send WhatsApp actions usable from ECA, Views Bulk Operations and the actions UI.
- Contacts & lists — subscribe / unsubscribe with double opt-in, a newsletter subscription block, a Webform handler, opt-in at user registration, and one-click HMAC-signed unsubscribe links.
- Marketing automation — injects the Brevo tracker for on-site tracking and automations.
- Web push (Brevo Push submodule) — native Brevo web push, with a legacy WonderPush mode.
- Drupal Commerce (Brevo Commerce submodule) — order_completed and cart_updated events (abandoned-cart recovery, post-purchase flows), product catalog sync and coupon sync.
- Inbound webhooks — a token-protected endpoint that dispatches a typed Drupal event for Brevo events (bounces, unsubscribes, opens, …), so ECA or custom code can react.
- Statistics — a read-only dashboard (account, transactional email & SMS reports).
Compatible with Drupal 9.3, 10, 11 and 12.
