The Clipboard module provides blocks where you can copy your node for future use.
Select the content type you want to be "clipboardable" and drag and drop your node or copy it with the contextual menu.
Clipboard also provides a hook_clipboard_action where you can implement custom action on selected nodes.
Usage :
Go on Clipboard settings (admin/config/user-interface/clipboard) and set up the content type you want.
Active one or more Clipboard block and you're done.
The nodes with the selected content types will be "clipboardable" (in the node page or node lists).
