This module presents an on-page administration interface for blocks, using drag and sort jquery ui functionality.
In this way, on a WYSIWYG environment and without programming knoledge, blocks can visualy been arranged, enable and disable.
For this module to work, themes just have to declare editable regions on module.draggable.blocks.yml or theme.draggable.blocks.yml. Take a look on draggable_blocks.draggable.blocks.yml
file for an example.
