This module establishes a new type of plugin whose utility is to apply configurations to layouts and finally modify the rendering of the layout based on the configurations that the content manager can set.
By default this module implements two plugins:
- One plugin called "Background" to configure the background properties of the layout and its regions
- And another plugin called "Custom Classes" to assign custom classes to the layout and its regions.
