Enables to notify users with specific roles about content updates via email.

Configuration
1. Visit /admin/config/system/mail_notify
or via menu: 'Configuration' > 'System' > 'Mail notify'
and select content types, roles and set mail settings.

2. For theming of the email body use the 'email-body.html.twig' template.
3. Visit /admin/config/system/cron/jobs
or via menu: 'Configuration' > 'System' > 'Cron'
and configure the 'Send emails about nodes updates' job.

Uses
If a node changes were minor you can disable a mail notification by unchecking of the following checkbox: 'Notify users by email that the node is updated'. The checkbox is placed in the right bottom side of a node edit form.

On Drupal 9.1 after visiting /admin/config/system/cron/jobs
was the trouble with jobs display. The issue can be fixed by applying the #59 patch form here #3128548.
