This is an administrative sub-theme of the Drupal Bootstrap base theme.

NOTE: This isn't a "full featured admin theme" yet. It's basically a simple sub-theme. Over time, certain features/style overrides that are "admin" in nature will be moved over from the base theme. Use at your own discretion.

It’s not a ready made out of the box theme you just need to enable, but a a gulp based theme workflow to enable in browser, style guide driven and mobile first theme development.

Seventeen is a sub-theme of Seven admin theme. It includes some UX and UI improvements.

Bluecheese is Drupal.org’s custom theme. The theme must be implemented in accordance with the Drupal.org style guide.

This theme is only for use on official Drupal.org sites. Do not use this for businesses, local groups and other sites, which should have their own brand and identity. Questions and comments about use of this theme should go to the Drupal Association.

This is a sub-theme using Bootstrap as its base theme, so consider installing Bootstrap as well if you would like to use this theme. The theme is clean and minimalist and still keeps the Bootstrap look to it. The theme also adds some nice buttons for articles, log in, register, etc and adds some cool hover effects for them.
