The registrar_api provides an interface to 3rd party domain registrars to allow registration, renewal, and domain management through Drupal.
The following registrars are currently supported:
- Namecheap - Query, create, renew, and manage domains
- Openprovider - Query domains
If you would like support for another registrar create a new registrar module based off of the registrar_namecheap module. There is extensive documentation on the hooks that must be implemented in registrar_api.api.inc.

Disclaimer
This is still in very early development stages. It can register/renew/manage domains, but it ain't pretty. Also, until an alpha or beta is released there is no guarantee of backwards compatibility or an upgrade path (though I'll do what I can).
