Registration Secret Codes

This module creates a single secret code that is required for users to register on a site. Its useful for sites that need to have registration open on the internet where the visitors are instructed (either in person or via email) of a secret word or phrase to use to register on the site. For example, if there is a site for a class the facilitator can start the class with registration instructions including the secret code.

• The secret code can be easily changed by the administrator. This makes the old code stop working and only the new code will work.
• The admin can easily add custom help text that will show next to the secret code box on the registration page. For some sites it might be acceptable for the help text to simply state the secret code (in that way the module mostly becomes a tool for blocking automated/spam registrations).
