After installing the starterkit I changed block positions for image (arctica-logo-big.png) & text block from features to header block position. This causes problems while resizing the page to test responsive scaling. The text scaling working properly but the image remains the same. I tested with all the major browsers and it seems this problem is only apparent in Firefox and Opera browsers.

The responsive scaling works properly for Chrome, IE8 & Safari browsers.

Any help will be appreciated.
