Release notes
Scope reduced to just implementing https://github.com/elmsln/unbundled-webcomponents for production usage. This uses the lazy loading methodology of that repo in order to have Drupal super charged with Web components in a lazy loaded way.
This also plays nice with the HAX module which has the same capabilities without requiring this module (and they work well together too). It's also 0 config by default using the Penn State provided Cloudfront driven CDN built from this repo -- https://github.com/elmsln/psucdn
