Experimental project

This is a sandbox project, which contains experimental code for developer use only.

This is an attempt to finish the D7 port of the lm_paypal module.

A separate sandbox seemed to be the best way forward as there are many changes to be made.

Hopefully this work will eventually be merged back into the main module.

Help with both testing and coding is most welcome.
