I received a job about a week ago to convert a psd file to drupal theme using css.

I have started it but to be honest I have so much work on i need to get others to complete the work.

The work is about 25% done and is pretty simple for anyone who is skilled at coding with css.

Unfortunately I wasn't looking carefully enough and posted sonething similar in the wrong forum. Anyway.

Just quickly, I'm based in Australia, Victoria.

In essence, I am looking for an expert, a consultant, a serious super duper expert to work with me on my project that I've being incubating and to which I am seeking to move to the next level (seeking equity investment perhaps). But before I do that, I would like to find or gather a team who is more conpetent than me in drupal and who is a proper programmer (I'm only self taught of 5 years standing!).

Our non-profit company has a Civicspace install, (brand new), that we want to upgrade from 1.3 to 1.5, and Drupal 4.6 to 4.7

I was wondering if anyone could offer thoughts on what hourly rate I should charge as a drupal developer?

I am looking to hire a Drupal consultant and wanted to know what the going hrly rates are for:

Install and configuration of the basic module

Any information you can provide would be much appreciated!

I am willing to pay somebody to fix a small CSS issue in the 4.7 Spread FireFox theme.

When a user types anything in to a text area (node body, comment box etc.) the textarea width expands and goes outside the browser width to the right.

The problem only occurs in InternetExplorer.
People have looked in to this for me already, but nobody has solved it.

Please contact me if you cannot see this error on a fresh Drupal 4.7 + SpreadFirefox 4.7 theme install.
