Currently have a long running site on D7 that needs to move off to D9 as D7 is End of Life this year (2022). No big plans to change the look or feel at this stage so all I really need to do is get the site's current D7-only theme (Impact) working in D9. Site has a single css file along with 9 templates (download Impact to see the scope of the work). Looking for a time cost estimate.

We spoke to a developer a year ago, and never received his proposal, and don't have his contact info. I'm surprised by how few people seem to advertise this service.
We'd like to find a reliable, reasonably priced developer who can do a migration over to a newer version of Drupal, soon. Anyone?
Hi there, firstly, I've read the rules and since there's no start-up/partner forum, I'll hope the admins embrace Drupal startups and equity as well as paid work.
I'm looking for a backend Drupal Developer to join my exciting (no really) Drupal SaaS start-up. I can't go into the details here, unfortunately, because it's still operating in "stealth mode" (I hate these terms too, I promise). But if you appear to be a good fit, I can start to divulge information.
