Added options for what to do when user clicks a result paragraph. Default is opening original link, but users can also open a cached page allowing them to see result paragraphs in context, or you can set the paragraphs to not be clickable.
Removed search-result.tpl.php, as it was conflicting with Fusion theme's search-result.tpl.php and neither was being rendered. Longer-term solution will be needed so we can modify search forms, which also conflict with Fusion.
