Display comment "this content is machine translated..."

Is there any way to extend the site with a text like "The content has been machine translated... i cannot guaranty for the quality and the correctness of the translation..." ? An example can be seen on the Microsoft Support pages...

Google translation is not perfect and a native speaker will move if he read this awful text...
