Release notes

Major new release. Here are the highlights:

1. Removed Java dependencies:
Removed existing Java-related modules php_java_bridge.module, sheetnode_xls.module, sheetnode_ods.module.

2. Added pure PHP import/export:
Using PHPExcel library to import/export to several spreadsheet formats. Added module sheetnode_phpexcel to communicate with the library.

3. Reorganized file structure:
Added subdirectory modules/ and moved submodules into it.

4. Refactored sheetnode.js:
Moved all generic SocialCalc functionality to GitHub, where it belongs.
