Hello, We are using drupal 4.6.x and are looking to have some sort of RMA tracking system for our customers. A customer would login and see the status of a repair, its expected ship date, etc.
Has anyone seen a module that does this or could be configured to do this? Any examples would be appreciated!

Also, we are not currently using the e-commerce module, but would like to down the road.

I'm planning to develop new RMA module for Drupal. So every user feedback let me better drive and better meets people demands.
