Hi Jeff,

I just updated a site running 2.x-dev and noticed that you removed the Menu Bar region sometime in the past six months. I searched in the CVS logs and couldn't see where it changed. I was able to resolve the lack of this region by moving my blocks up into the Header region. I assume this is ok but it would be helpful to know if any other changes occurred which are not so obvious but which may have an impact.

Oh, I will check that, if it was removed that was not intentional, I may have committed a wrong version of the template at some stage.

Seems to be there in 3x
