Advanced poll is a fork of Decisions. Both projects have mostly stalled at this point.

Advanced poll is a bit more advanced, feature-wise, but decisions aims to be a more solid backend, to abstract decisions-making mechanisms away and make it easy to add new modes, as external modules (see http://drupal.org/node/93573 for details).

At this point, Decisions is the only project that has started the work on a Drupal 6 port.
