This is very awkward, and I can't seem to find how to customize this. Maybe it can be repeat every 1, 15, 30. I've been googling for a very long time and haven't found a solution.

trevorkjorlien commentedI'm looking to modify this drop-down as well. Ideally, my client would like to remove all the "Every $number" and just simplify it to be "every" and have the user choose "day, week, month".
Have you made any progress on this?

damienmckennaWe're sorry but the D6 release of Date module is no longer being supported. You are encouraged to update to Drupal 7 or 8, or direct questions to Drupal Answers.
