For information, there is something to do to not have the error warning : 

Duplicate entry '446-img_assist_custom-161x121' for key 1 query: INSERT INTO image (nid, fid, image_size) VALUES (446, 45285, 'img_assist_custom-161x121') en la línea 3538 del archivo /var/www/vhosts/-------/subdomains/v6/httpdocs/includes/common.inc.

See this issue http://drupal.org/node/216978 . Looks the same problem, but was solutioned.
