Uninstall

Hi, I recently installed TVI but decided it was not what I was looking for. Having unistalled the module my taxonomy panel pages can no longer be enabled.

I get the following message "Page manager module is unable to enable taxonomy/term/%term because some other module already has overridden with ." Does anyone know how I can release this and return to the settings I had before?
